On Sunday 13 July, an incident happened at London Southend Airport involving a plane which crashed shortly after take-off. 

The incident was witnessed by many people and may have been deeply distressing. We want to reassure people that there is support available locally for anyone who needs it.

It’s completely normal to feel anxious after witnessing a traumatic event. If you are struggling or concerned about someone you know, you don’t have to go through these feelings alone.
