Injunction Order

As of Wednesday, August 14, 2024, the High Court has issued an injunction against anyone entering, occupying, or remaining on London Southend Airport (as shown edged red on Plan A attached to the Injunction Order) in connection with Just Stop Oil (or other environmental campaign), without our consent.

Those who breach this injunction may face imprisonment for up to two years, fines, and/or asset seizure for contempt of court.

The second annual review hearing for the injunction took place on 2 July 2026 before Mr Justice Soole at which the injunction was continued (by way of discharge of the previous Injunction order and grant of a new injunction as detailed in the Order of Mr Justice Soole dated 2 July 2026).
