Injunction Order
As of Wednesday, August 14, 2024, the High Court has issued an injunction against anyone entering, occupying, or remaining on London Southend Airport (as shown edged red on Plan A attached to the Injunction Order) in connection with Just Stop Oil (or other environmental campaign), without our consent.
Those who breach this injunction may face imprisonment for up to two years, fines, and/or asset seizure for contempt of court.
The first annual review hearing for the injunction is set for 22 October 2025 before a High Court Judge, in person, at a time to be confirmed:
