To claim under our Best Price Guarantee you need to submit a claim through the form on this page.

As part of the form you will need to provide information on the claim as well as screenshots to prove the claim.

The claim must be made within 24 hours of booking your parking at London Southend Airport.

We’ll review your claim within 7 working days and if approved, refund the difference within 14 working days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

The Best Price Guarantee may be changed, withdrawn or restricted for any reason, without notice.

Amending a booking and making a Best Price Guarantee claim is excluded. The difference in price will need to be paid fully.

If you cancel your booking after receiving a Best Price Guarantee refund, you will only be refunded the net value of your booking (not the original full amount).

If we deem any improper use (fraudulent or otherwise) of our Best Price Guarantee to obtain refunds may result in the booking being cancelled and your vehicle/personal profile banned from using our services.
