Frequently asked questions
When is Premium Evening Special available?
Premium Evening Special is currently available for stays during December and January and appears when you choose arrival and departure times between 17:00 and 03:00.
Can I arrive earlier than 5pm?
You will need to arrive from 5pm onwards to use the Premium Evening Special price. Arriving earlier will move your booking onto the standard Premium tariff.
What happens if I leave after 3am?
If you exit the car park after 3am, additional parking will be charged at the standard Premium car park rate for the extra time.
Can I use this if I am just catching the train?
Yes. Premium Evening Special is ideal if you are parking at the airport to use evening train services into London or Southend, as the Premium car park is next to the station as well as the terminal.
