London Southend Airport has launched its biggest ever giveaway, teaming up with NUGS, the UK’s first ever nugget shop, to give customers the chance to win £5,000 worth of holidays to five popular destinations across its summer network.

From 25 March, customers visiting NUGS at their home site in Progress Road, Leigh-on-Sea can purchase special holiday-flavoured nuggets, with a different destination featured each week as well as the chance to win a £1,000 holiday to that flavour destination:

The random lucky winners will be announced every Wednesday.
The five-week giveaway will conclude with an on-site event at London Southend Airport Mid Stay car park on Wednesday, 29 April, called the ‘party in the car park’.
The activation will celebrate the first Ibiza flight of the summer season with 100 portions of free nuggets, drinks from Leigh-on-Sea Brewery, a live DJ and one final chance to win £1,000 credit – this time for a holiday to Ibiza.

Flights/package holidays must be booked for travel between 01/04/2026 – 01/09/2026. The winner may contact Hays Travel Southend before 30/06/26 to redeem the voucher and make a booking before the travel expiry date. Booking must be made for flights/holiday package from London Southend Airport only. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (March 2026).
