Can I pre-book motorcycle parking?

Yes – to do so, simply book your parking as a standard vehicle parking booking, but please use your motorcycle registration details rather than a car registration number.

My flight has been cancelled, how do I amend/refund my parking?

We are happy to refund or rebook any customer bookings that are flexible transactions, please complete your cancellation/amendment online.

Non-flexible bookings are amendable, allowing passengers to make amendments via the online platform.

Cancelled flight bookings should be directed to your airline. If it is a self-cancellation or escalation, we advise that you contact your travel insurance provider.

Parking bookings made via our Airline partners can only be refunded by the Airline with whom the booking was made, using the ‘Manage my booking’ link. Please bear with us whilst we operate with reduced staffing, each request is being reviewed, all parking queries that cannot be resolved through the ‘Manage my bookings’ page should be directed to [email protected].

I’ve pre-booked my parking, what happens when I arrive?

When you arrive at the car park your number plate should be recognised by the ANPR technology at which point a ticket should be issued for you to take, allowing the barrier to lift. In case of any issues, please press the assistance button and have your booking reference to hand to speak to a member of our parking team.

My flight has been delayed, how do I amend my parking?

If the delay is going to mean that the car remains in the car park for longer than the four-hour grace period (which factors in general flight delays) then you cannot extend an active booking.

Please make a new booking from the expired time until your new scheduled return date/time.

Yes, you can book parking up to two hours before you are due to arrive at the airport. However, we recommend booking early to guarantee availability and to secure the best prices.

It’s easy, just visit our parking site and click on “Manage My Booking”. Once you have entered your details, you will be able to cancel or amend your

How do I use my car parking reservation? (ANPR)

On arrival, please drive up to the barrier. The system will recognise your registration number, and the barrier will raise to let you into the car park. The machine will also generate a ticket – please ensure you take this with you as you will need it to leave the car park. The system can take up to 30 seconds to recognise your registration number. If the barrier does not lift, DO NOT press for a ticket. Instead, press the intercom button to speak to a car park operator who will give you access to the car park.

To locate your car park space, please follow the instructions in your parking confirmation email, but if you are unsure, there are signs you can follow.

On departure, the car park uses a number plate recognition system to match your car to your reservation. You will receive a ticket on entry to the car park (a recognised booking will show a series of numbers just above the barcode). If you return within your reservation time, the barrier should automatically rise. If it doesn’t, please insert your ticket into the exit column slot to lift the barrier.

How do I use my car parking reservation? (QR Code)

You will find the QR code in your parking confirmation email. Please have it ready on your smartphone upon entering the car park, and only delete it once you have exited the car park.

Before leaving the car park, please check you have not exceeded your booked reservation time. If you have, don’t worry. Simply pay the additional fee with your ticket at any pay machine.

To leave the car park, please hold your smartphone with the QR code in front of the reader at the exit.

You can drop off or pick up passengers in our Short stay car park, but charges do apply. There is also a free of charge pick up/drop off facility for up to 15 minutes available in our Long stay car park.
